Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bliss!
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the box)
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
2. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownies.
5. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the center is set. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cheesecake and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
