COLORFUL SUMMER FRUIT PLATTER
Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cup green grapes
2 apples, cubed
1 orange, halved
2 peaches, thinly sliced
2 bananas, sliced
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup kumquats (or any small citrus fruit)
Instructions:
Prepare the Fruits:
Wash and dry all the fruits thoroughly.
Cube the watermelon.
Halve the grapes if desired.
Cube the apples.
Halve the orange.
Thinly slice the peaches.
Slice the bananas.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Remove the pomegranate seeds.
Wash the kumquats.
Arrange the Fruits:
On a large serving platter, arrange the fruits in sections, keeping each type of fruit together to create a visually appealing display.
Place the halved orange in the center as a decorative centerpiece.
Arrange the watermelon, grapes, apples, peaches, bananas, kiwis, pomegranate seeds, and kumquats around the orange.
