Easy No-Bake Banana Split Cake

Ingredients:
- Crust:
  - 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs 
  - 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- Layers:
  - 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  - 1 cup Powdered sugar
  - 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  - 1 can (20 oz) Crushed pineapple (drained)
  - 3-4 Bananas (sliced)
  - 2 cups Sliced strawberries
  - 1 tub (8 oz) Whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- Toppings:
  - 1/2 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
  - Chocolate syrup
  - Maraschino cherries
Directions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
   - In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
   - Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. Cream Cheese Layer:
   - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
   - Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
   - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
3. Fruit Layers:
   - Evenly spread the drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
   - Arrange the banana slices evenly over the pineapple layer.
   - Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the bananas.
4. Whipped Topping:
   - Spread the whipped topping evenly over the fruit layers.
5.Toppings:
   - Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the whipped topping, if using.
   - Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
   - Garnish with maraschino cherries.
6.Chill:
   - Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
Tips:
- For a fun twist, add a layer of sliced kiwi or blueberries for extra color and flavor.
- To prevent bananas from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before layering.
Storage:
